Ict Senior Support Officer needed in Chester paying £15.12 per hr- Reference: 5212236

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

Technical Desktop is responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, hardware provisioning, configuration and support. Incorporated to the desktop is the client security and compliance management, including integration with Microsoft 365 as we are the environment owners, enabling the workforce access to the productivity suite.

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 operating system
• Group Policy configuration and support
• Ivanti personalisation / application control toolset
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune / mobile devices)
• M365 Tenant (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Office365, Authenticator, Cloud PBX)
• Microsoft Teams configuration and management
• Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Surface / Lenovo devices (hardware)
• com (NetScaler) – corporate, partner, supplier and school’s access
• McAfee Enterprise Security Suite (ePO x4 environments including servers)
• Public Network (Libraries, Peoples Network)
