The successful candidate will support to delivery of the HAMS change programme and realisation of its intended savings. 

They will analyse the current HAMS user base and end user types, roles and permissions, examine the current HAMS hierarchy breakdown, data gov/ role permissions- SSO/ext con./BYOD/storage/download/etc and support L&D to ensure training guides/playbooks are fit for purpose, consistent ways of working across service
