HR Assistant needed in South East London Paying  £17.53 per hr ref OR108641

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll enquiries, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including:
    • New starters and onboarding
    • Contract changes
    • Leavers and offboarding
    • Absence and employee records management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Process HR and payroll documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and management information.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage shared HR mailboxes, ensuring queries are appropriately resolved or escalated.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure HR processes are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
